From the statement of work to the draft invoice, one traceable path.

Contract models supported today

Time and materials
Hours billed by role at agreed rates. Approved hours are matched to role rates; unmapped roles or missing rates surface as NEEDS_REVIEW.
Retainers with overage
A monthly fee covers an allowance; hours above it are billed at a stated rate. The classic gap is the missing overage line.
Milestones and fixed fees
A fixed amount becomes billable when stated conditions are met. A fixed fee tied to delivery is handled as a milestone; a flat monthly fee as a retainer. Conditions without evidence stay NEEDS_REVIEW.
Reimbursable expenses
Approved third-party costs at cost or with the agreed markup, checked line by line against the draft.

Other schedules — usage-based pricing, revenue share, discounts and credits — are not verified today and are never guessed.

Evidence Trace on every finding

    Agreement

    4. Fees

    4.1 Client shall pay the Fees set out in each Statement of Work in accordance with Section 6.

    4.2 Client shall pay a monthly retainer of six thousand dollars ($6,000) covering up to forty (40) hours of Services per calendar month. Hours performed in excess of the monthly allowance shall be invoiced at one hundred seventy-five dollars ($175) per hour, subject to Client's prior written approval of the time entries.

    4.3 Approved third-party costs are reimbursable at cost.
